We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original components may not qualify for a refund.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used

  • Final sale or clearance items, where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your purchase meets the requirements outlined in this policy.
